COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is for customer-facing staff at JBL distributors and retailers. The aim of the course is to give you a better understanding of Harman, JBL and our range of portable PA products. By the end of this course, you should be able to confidently identify the correct JBL product for a customer’s needs, talk them through the features & benefits of each unit and complete the sale. This advanced course comprises 13 videos, taking a total of 76 minutes to complete. All JBL distributor staff should complete this. PPA salespeople at JBL retailers should complete the advanced course.
