This course is for customer-facing staff at JBL distributors and retailers.

The aim of the course is to give you a better understanding of Harman, JBL and our range of portable PA products.

By the end of this course, you should be able to confidently identify the correct JBL product for a customer’s needs, talk them through the features & benefits of each unit and complete the sale.

This section of the course consists of 12 videos, taking a total of 55 minutes to complete. This should be undertaken by all customer-facing staff.
