Advanced Audio Mixing Techniques with Ken “Pooch” Van Druten and Chris Rabold

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This webinar will provide live sound mixers with some advanced techniques used by Ken “Pooch” Van Druten and Chris Rabold, with the goal of improving your mixes and ensuring more consistent results from venue to venue.

INSTRUCTOR BIO:

Ken “Pooch” Van Druten is an experienced producer and live sound engineer with a degree from Berklee College of Music, three Grammy nominations and credits on multiple platinum- and gold-certified records. Over the years, Pooch has worked with Jay-Z, Travis Scott, Iron Maiden, Guns N’ Roses and others.

Chris Rabold began his path in audio in the mid 90s. He studied audio at Middle Tennessee State University. As a FOH mixer, his clients include Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Kenny Chesney, Alicia Keys, Norah Jones, Florence + the Machine, Widespread Panic, and The Fray among others.
