    Learn how Broadway lighting designers and their associates tackle the production process including best practices, division of labor, effective workflows and communication strategies, the difference between assistants and associates, and a Q&A.

    INSTRUCTOR BIO:

    Bradley King is a two-time Tony Award-winning lighting designer whose work includes the Broadway musicals Hadestown, Natasha Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 and Flying Over Sunset. He has over 15 years’ experience developing new plays and musicals with some of theater's most innovative directors.

    Nick’s most recent Lighting Design was Imaginary Comforts at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre. Nick’s recent Associate credits include Moulin Rouge!,  Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Amelie and Natasha Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812. Nick is based in New York City.
